"M" COMMUNITY GUIDELINES Just like any upstanding community, the "M" operates under a set of guidelines, set in place for the safety and pleasure of our users. Our guidelines are simple to follow, so please take a moment to read and understand what your community expects from you. 1. The "M" is many things, but it is NOT a "hook-up" site. While we encourage relationship building on all levels, we ask that you take into consideration the thoughts and standards of others while posting both text and pictures. You CAN share images from user to user. 2. Profanity. We are not the moral police and understand that in some cases profanity may be used to stress a point, describe an extreme event or other reasons. We will not monitor or disallow profanity unless it is used in a vulgar context. (Yes, that is at our discretion). Again, please use your best judgement and be considerate of other members in your community. 3. Freedom of Speech. Obviously, we are advocates of the rights of individuals. Your opinions are your opinions and we encourage you to share them with other users. Extreme vulgarity, violence, threats of violence and anything of that nature WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. The "M" reserves the right to discontinue any user who we find to violate this rule. In most cases, we will issue a warning for a first offense. A second offense will typically warrant restrictions to your account, and a third offense WILL result in suspension or termination. This is all based on the degree of the offense. It certain situations, please be advised that the "M" may terminate an account for any offense deemed extreme, regardless of how many offenses the user has incurred. Please act accordingly. 4. Face to Face meeting. There is no way that the "M" can monitor actual meetings between users that may arise from their communications on the "M" website. As we would expect you to do, please use your best judgement when agreeing to meet another member in person. We cannot be responsible for anything that happens outside of the confines of the "M". Please, act smart and be safe. 5. Member complaints. If you have a complaint about another member, please contact one of our M-oderators. On a Level 1 complaint (first time), our moderator will contact both of you to hear both sides of the story (if there are two sides). If a complaint cannot be resolved by the M-oderator, the complaint will be moved up the chain to AdMinistrator, and finally Super AdMinistrator if needbe. All decisions made by Super AdMinistrators are final. Decisions made by AdMinistrators and M-oderators are subject to appeal.
